A strategic plan your organization will actually use.

Most strategic plans fail in execution, not design. Waypoint builds plans around the people, resources, and constraints you actually have — then installs the rhythm that keeps them alive.

Waypoint's strategic planning clients share a moment: the business has grown past the point where strategy can live in one person's head. Growth-stage companies whose structure hasn't caught up. Nonprofits whose boards or grantmakers require a credible plan. Medical groups and professional practices navigating partnership decisions. Municipal entities with formal planning cycles. If your organization has 25 to 500 people and a real decision to make about its future, this is the work Waypoint does every day.

Three Ways to Engage

Strategic Planning Engagement (flagship). The full process over 6–10 weeks: stakeholder interviews and diagnostics, a facilitated offsite planning series, and a written strategic plan with an execution roadmap and quarterly review cadence. Investment: $15,000–$30,000, fixed fee.

Strategy Refresh / Annual Planning Facilitation. For organizations with an existing plan: a facilitated 1–2 day session with structured pre-work and a synthesized, decision-ready output. Investment: $5,000–$10,000, fixed fee.

Execution Retainer. Quarterly plan-review facilitation and on-call advisory support to keep the plan alive between planning cycles. Investment: $2,000–$4,000 per month.

Every engagement is quoted as a fixed fee with defined outcomes before work begins. You'll never see an hourly invoice.
